CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand life happens, and things change very quickly. To protect our time, our business, and our clients we have implemented this policy. By booking an appointment with Studio 1:9, you are agreeing to this policy. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the requested service. The cancellation fee will be due at the time of reschedule. If you no call/ no show for your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of the missed appointment. All fees will be charged directly upon missed appointment. If fees are unpaid, you will not be accepted as a client again. If you book your appointment within 24 hours of the service, We require a 4 hour cancellation notice with 25% fee for cancalltion.At Studio 1:9, we understand that life can be unpredictable and situations change quickly. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. This cancellation fee will be due at the time of rescheduling. 2. If you do not show up for your appointment (no call/no show), your card on file will be charged 50% of the missed appointment fee. All fees will be processed immediately after the missed appointment. Please note that if these fees remain unpaid, you will not be accepted as a client in the future. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your stylist has the right to charge you 50% of the agreed service and reschedule you for a later date. 3. If you book an appointment within 24 hours of the service time, we require a 4-hour cancellation notice, and a fee of 25% of the service will apply if you need to cancel.
